Over 60g fiber in one sitting? 4 quest bars! Advice on macros?

I sometimes eat 4 quest bars in one sitting which equals 80g protein.. 15-20 net carbs/ 60g fiber.... sometimes shortly after little meal sometimes just like that so sometimes with a meal protein can shoot up to 120-130 one sitting... is it bad to eat all this fiber like does it effect me in a bad fat gaining way? and that much protein in one sitting.... does it make you gain fat or is it DAILY/WEEKLY macros that matters?

only thing is I feel really bloated of course that's about it... any ideas?
 
Daily macros.. Never really heard of too much fiber problems but 4 bars seems a lot, cant you substitute for a little more real food? And no worries about too much protein in one sitting..
 
Thanks i do eat real food but i love sweet things and thats cleanest thing i can reach for which i end up binging
 
Quest bars.. while they taste good ...are still manufactured/processed. I don't care how much it says "all natural blah blah blah" it's not real food. I'm not saying we are all human because I've had my share of quest bars but now I keep them very limited. I'd try cutting back on the bars in general...

how often do you do this "binge" ? If not often, it's probably nothing to fret over, but if it's like every day or every other day it may impede fat loss a bit. Just my 2 cents.
