As for the fruits, Im sure oranges should only be used post workout, but i dont know about the strawberries though. I heard that they contain no sugar or glucose, but i find that hard to beleive.
I myself didn't eat any fruits, except for some pineapple once or twice the last few weeks. I ate it post workout or in the morning and although it isn't really acceptable in this diet, i could've sworn i even got leaner those days.
This is in fact quite odd since most of the time I do something that I'm not supposed to do, i see a definite decrease in results. I know that's psychological, but in that case it shouldve turned out the same way with the pineapple, right?
Therefor i say, restrict it to pineapple in the morning only, if you really want, and test the results. Id keep the other fruits only post workout, and only occasionally, 2 times a week max, like crum said.
Ive PM'd Crum about how pineapple, cottage cheese and plain low-fat yogurt would affect this diet, so I expect his answer soon!
