My piece of Crap MP3 player died today!!

Spent $70 on a Sansa MP3 player about 5 months ago and I'll be damned i the stupid thing didn't crap out right before I went to work out today.

I couldn't beleive the strange noises I make during my workouts -- I need a new one but don't you get the impression that they make these things disposabe and you really can't find a good one.

An ideas?

What are you doing buying that crap? Doesn't Apple's $5B marketing do anything to you?

People razz on apple - but I find their ipods very handy, stable, fun for dl'ing free podcasts - easy to dl music on itunes - and just makes me so damn cool and sexy while in the gym.

I despise Apple but I do have 2 iPods and love them both immensely.

A few buddies of mine have ipods some luv em some hate em. One guy had his die on him before a year was up.

Maybe I'll just get the $30 ones from now on at least then I know they'll die after 3 months so I'll have a spare. lol.

Anyway it's all in the headphones - my Skullcandy phones make a world of diff.
