Dumbell press (chest) 120 x 8
Military press (dumbell) 105 x 8
Standing bicep curls 70 x 8
Skull Crushers 140 x 10
 
18 yrs old, 5'9, 220lbs @7% bodyfat
bench 225lbs for 27 reps, 335lbs for 4 reps
squat 5 plates each side for 6 reps
goal:teen nationals overall winner

current cycle: 12 week test750mg/wk and dbol30mg/ed for four weeks.
previous cycle: sust750mg/wk and EQ400mg/wk

5'4", 298 lbs, 8 % bodyfat
bench 550x12
squat 755x4
deadlift 810x3

currently on 3 grams of everything

dude you said you were 212 after your cycle and you dropped down to 202lbs. that wasnt very long ago. your cycle currently must be blowing you up. those are some good stats. btw can you post a pic.
