hey guys time for me to spill the beans:
19 yrs old
5'7 165lbs, approx 9% body fat, hard for me to gain weight since i wrestle competitively....clean as a whistle, putting off the cycle since my gains are still increasing
Squat - 355 *6 resps (have bad knee problem, dont go below 6 reps)
Bench - 390 RAW - for this reason i started entering BP and PL comps
