24 yrs old
5'9" 197lbs ~14% bf
currently off

bench 275 for 5
incline db bench 100s for 8
deadlifts 315 for 10, 365 for 5
squats 275 for 15, 335 for 8
seated db curl 60s for 8
seated db press 85s for 10
 
Right now 5'8 220lbs at ~10% BF

Off cycle.

Will start cycle mid december looking for 235-240lbs at 8-9%BF

At my peak my lifts

Incline Bench press: 405lbs for 3 reps
Deadlift: 550bs for 4 reps
Squat: 465lbs for 6-7 reps
Barbell rows: 345lbs for 6-7 reps.
 
Bench 405 raw now - Did 425 at 198 with a poly shirt long time ago.

Squat 500 raw - probably could do more but don't trust my spotting THAT much.

Dead 550 - Also at 198 long ago. Would be alot more now but wasted alot of time trying out sumo.

225 now so I expect the Dead to go up now that I'm back to conventional style.

Should be able to back up the bench with video after this weekend. Myself and some of the members of the PL forum are competing on Saturday.

The 198 lifts were all natural.

currently 230lbs @ 5'11'', im blowin up right now. hopefully 240 by the first of the year. havent really maxed out on any lifts.

hey guys time for me to spill the beans:
19 yrs old
5'7 165lbs, approx 9% body fat, hard for me to gain weight since i wrestle competitively....clean as a whistle, putting off the cycle since my gains are still increasing
Squat - 355 *6 resps (have bad knee problem, dont go below 6 reps)
Bench - 390 RAW - for this reason i started entering BP and PL comps
