The Mexican people can build the wall and dig tunnels in places the Americans won't know or find easily. Tunnels were made in the toughest of jails by the prisoners to run away. It can be done here too.

To echo what spongebob said: Chickenhouses and logging operations in south Arkansas hire illegal immigrants for a lot of low paying jobs. Instead of the already partially subsudized healthcare they get medicaid for free. Among other things that practice has taken a toll on the rest of the residents of the area.
Illegals with cell phones call 911 when they are sick and get a free ride to the hospital. In addition to the ambulance not collecting any money from the visit, the emergency room loses valuable space where people who pay for healthcare need to get the care they pay for.
So... The ambulance company collects $0. The hospital collects a small fee. Everyone loses.
Nevermind the backlash that would happen if someone was denied care because of no insurance and/or medicaid.
Did I mention those chicken house jobs pay cash?

Exactly. Even though they are payed with cash, they purchase goods and pay State & Local Sales Taxes. In D.C., the Sales Tax is 10%, in NYC, 8.25%.
Whether we want to admit it or not, I'm sure every business owner in this forum wouldn't hesitate to take $20.00 from an illegal immigrant that wants to purchase their goods regardless of their political opinion about immigration.
This country has always have & will continue to depend on cheap labor, just keep better track of them via an amnesty program (like Bush wanted in his first term).
