yeah, i think the roll is more enjoyable if your listening to music you like. i never liked techno before i started rolling. What was the imprint your roll had on it? and what color was it?

I don't remember the imprint .. it was blue, or blue-green. I'll try to find out, I will most likely do it again Tuesday. It burned a little sore underneath my tounge.

Hey Johnny, I hear ya. I rolled Saturday danced from 10 to 7 am. Went to the tea dance yesterday and rolled, now I am feeling pretty torn up. If you continue to X, start taking 5HTP. It will really help with recovery and prevent "Black Tuesday".
