Weekly update:
Been quite the average week all in all, traning wise. Diet has been 90% on track, due to hectic work hours I’ve been a little slack with my traning consistency, ie; only 3 traning days this week. Steps and activity have been quite high nonetheless, fatigue management could be better, but work comes first unfortunately. Sleep has improved but I’ve also had the flu this week, not amazing but dealt with it well enough.
Training without high stim/loaded pre-workout has been good and bad! Strength has gone down a little, but for what it’s worth my sleep quality has improved which I’ll take over strength any day!
Weight hasn’t moved allot, but I feel noticeably leaner around the mid section. Loving the TB/BPC combo also, feeling your niggles just disappear feels slightly illegal. Sugar cravings have subsided as @freakfit has worked a little snacky snack into my daily macros🤣🙏.

I’m not happy with this weeks front/back/side pics so unfortunately I’m being a little bitch and keeping them to myself and the coach. Will share this piece of rib I cooked this evening tho, one of the best I’ve had in a long time. Coach is happy with how things are coming along after only a month so that’s all I need to hear! Love his input and honest feedback and his knowledge is unparalleled. Lastly I need to get my resting HR back in check, had been way too high for months any advice is appreciated, just finished my Telmisartin course, slightly helped.

Thanks again for tuning in to a noobs journey, appreciate you all! Legends!

@Alex1909 training week is good. you won't go wrong with this split routine. the only thing i would change is not doing shoulders on a single split so you don't over train them

tb/bpc combo does work for many @Alex1909 the only thing is you gotta stick with it. i believe you gotta hit them hard for 3-4 months then keep a maintenance dose
