ketogenic diet rundown, alright guys i need fast help QUICK
i know what it is, restrict carbs.. yadd yaada ur body creates ketones burns em etc.. FINE I GET IT
but recent reading has had me to believe you CAN INTAKE CARBS :|
legit 20-30 grams a day of carbs?
here is my plan (lean up and cut)
ok
and i do 20 mins fasted cardio
take adderlinn
and weight lift
now... my thoughts on this are : so can i drink something like a gatorade once a day as it only contains 5 carbs? or is this article i read about 20-30 carbs total bs..
