Is clomid necessary w/ nolvadex?

I agree except clomid isn't near as good as an anti-e as nolvadex is.

Definitely, I would never rely on clomid as my anti-e(that was not what I meant), its just too weak. I believe somewhere along the lines W. Llewllyn suggested (In anabolics 2002 I think) that using Nolvadex would increase LH thus bringing about a quicker test restoration, but I seem to remember reading info that was contrary to that posted by Andy13 (someone who's posted info I have always valued greatly). Personally I will continue using arimidex throughout cycles and including time while on clomid.....this should be sufficient to eventually recover natural test levels.

Nope, first time I have ever heard of using nolvadex for post cycle recovery and personally I think its fucking stupid. Nolvadex hinders your gains (especially at 30mg/day). My personal advice is to use clomid and run some ldex with it.

Why do you consider it stupid? Have you done any tests? Tried nolvadex for post cycle recovery? Know anyone on whom it has failed to restore natural test levels? It seems to me one should take the advice of a doctor/researcher over someone who bases judgement calls purely on limited personal experience.
