Sorry bro, didn't want to be selfish! I just made a research and seen that Aromasin didn't cause such rebound as it's suicidal for E2.

@sondeVrie these are very high carb meals, I would add an extra scoop of protein and mix that into the cereal bro gives you that kick

I know, such high carb is only before/after workout mate. Usually 70-90 carbs per meal. I'm sticking to 210 pro/490 carb/80 fat

Looks like Asin made some good work. Nipples are not puffy at all now. Water hold lesser. Curious how blood work will go...
