i think im losing weight too fast- even if it is water weight
i have lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks just from eating clean and going to gym....
its nice and all dont get me wrong
bit i dont think im eating enough
morning-
whole grain waffles with anpb
water
snack-
almonds/pecans
water
lunch
protein- chicken, tuna, beef
brown rice or salad
snack
shake
dinner
same as lunch
snack
whatever i can find- protein usually
cheats- cookie like one pb cooke or 1 choc chip cookie-
i have found that if i just give in to what i want- i wont eat everything else in sight........maybe giving in in moderation is weakness but it works for me
