i think im losing weight too fast- even if it is water weight
i have lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks just from eating clean and going to gym....
its nice and all dont get me wrong
bit i dont think im eating enough

morning-
whole grain waffles with anpb
water

snack-
almonds/pecans
water

lunch
protein- chicken, tuna, beef
brown rice or salad

snack
shake

dinner
same as lunch

snack
whatever i can find- protein usually

cheats- cookie like one pb cooke or 1 choc chip cookie-

i have found that if i just give in to what i want- i wont eat everything else in sight........maybe giving in in moderation is weakness but it works for me
 
Do you know how many calories that is?

Have you done your bodyfat percentage or taken other measurements?

The funny thing when you have a lot of muscle, you hold more water.

I know my weight has fluctuated five to seven pounds in a day, but that doesn't mean that it is stable or permanent loss.

I see you tweaked your diet in the way I advised. No more granola bars lol. Good work btw. Still you need to replace them with good cals.
 
we still need to work on the diet girl! u need more protein for breakfast.

r u making the whole wheat waffles from scratch?

did u do that research i suggested by starting a diet log and looking up caloric information?

Great job so far!!
When I diet the first week O aleays drink a ton of water and lose a lot that first week. I lost 7-8 lbs this time and now 3 weeks into it I'm down a total of 12lbs.kinda slow I think. but the mirrow scale is the best and shows how well you really are doing. Keep it up! Nice glutes! ;)

i did and on an average day- im getting like 1300-1375

im not really hungry in between meals- and trust me i know when its time to eat :) i get really mean when im hungry
no- i cheat- they are the kashi waffles-
and im not trying to diet so to speak- just to eat clean and be healthy- i look a lot better since losing 10lbs- i look like my pic in my jeans again
but i just need to get stable and maintain it :)
