Holy fuck...
From the minute I wake up to the minute I go to sleep I am eating, I find myself dreading my next meal every time. I am trying to stuff in some serious calories and it's just nausiating.
I was eating all clean calories, cept for some cheat meals.. but its hard to eat all clean and get that many kcals down. So now a meal a day is not a good meal... I thought the prospect of some not so healthy food would drive my appetite... that doesn't help either.
Yeah, this thread sucks, but it's better than most on here tonight.
So who eats ANPB before bed? I don't cause I am afraid it will make me fat while I sleep. I also taper my carbs so my last meal or two have little to none.
