It's relative....the wiminz I've dated hate the fact I have a shitty diet and look like I do. They're all low carb and high protein while I eat a large pizza twice a week and fast food...... :)

lol skinny fat is the worst possible bodytype if you let it get out of control. imagine 13" arms with a beer gut...
 
Yes, I can be skinny fat if I don't train at all. But not bad at all. I'm fucking heavy for a small not-fat dude too. Always weighed a LOT more than I looked.

1. 2-3 Eggs, Wheat Toast, 2 Scoops Protein

2. 1/4 - 1/2lb Turkey Sammich (wheat), Smart Balance Mayo

3. Chicken / Rice - Almonds, ANPB for Fats

4. PWO Shake - 2 Scoops, Oats, ANPB

5. Fish, Rice, Smart Balance Buttery Spread

6. 2 Scoops Protein

Something like that, that's what I try to do. I throw in cheat meals whenever the fuck I feel like... not like more than 1 EOD.

What changes should I make kimosabie?

I hate fucking cardio. I'll use stimulates (anally, nasaly, IV) till the point of death before I do cardio - but the cuttest I ever was I did shit loads of cardio - it was crazy how cut I was.

the diet isnt tooo bad, i would drop the bread but ur bulking so it shouldn't matter too much.

What is your carb intake at roughly?

Trying to lean bulk ya.


Why drop the bread? WOuld you replace the carb? I need the carbs to hit calories...

Not sure on the calories right now, I've just been eating as much as I can without puking, and as long as I can see my top four abs I am not letting off the gas peddle.
 
I know the bread is a shitty GI, but with the protein and fat I consume With it, that GI is sky high... i'm not eating them shitz on an empty stomach like the GI studies do.

Anyway... I assume that's your reason for changing it.. unless you meant cut those carbs out completely?
