Something like that, that's what I try to do. I throw in cheat meals whenever the fuck I feel like... not like more than 1 EOD.
What changes should I make kimosabie?
I hate fucking cardio. I'll use stimulates (anally, nasaly, IV) till the point of death before I do cardio - but the cuttest I ever was I did shit loads of cardio - it was crazy how cut I was.
