Something like that, that's what I try to do. I throw in cheat meals whenever the fuck I feel like... not like more than 1 EOD.

What changes should I make kimosabie?

I hate fucking cardio. I'll use stimulates (anally, nasaly, IV) till the point of death before I do cardio - but the cuttest I ever was I did shit loads of cardio - it was crazy how cut I was.


Anyway... show me the light Faiz.
If you have a problem dropping fat, grains/starches outside of first thing in the morning or around your workouts is bad imo.

This is before I started cutting.......I have abs in bulking pics....

Science pretty much knows what they ate, what foods were available to them, so forth and so on. I highly doubt they used dextrose, or any other fast acting carbohydrate after they completed a vicious animal hunt or any other strenuous activity they endured through their treacherous days in an extremely hostile environment. Their carbohydrate sources were that of vegetables, fruits, root vegetables ect. They didn't have pasta, rice and breads during those times. And from what scientists believe, they were rather lean and very muscular beings. That's pretty much why I use very low glycemic carbohydrates throughout the day in my daily nutritional plan. Along with healthy portions of vegetables as well, with each and every meal.

Sweet potato is best IMO,followed by regular potato,then brown rice.It's been proven the human body does not metabolize grains well at all.So anything with flour should be used on a limited basis.Bread/pasta are Ok on occasion,and I mean occasion.If you have them as a staple in your daily nutritional plan you will slowly acquire unwanted BF.Blood types play a role in what carbs an individual metabolizes best.

What's bad about bread tho is the lignan content. The lignans in bread are estrogenic. The bloating or 'soft look' that most get after eating bread is due to their estrogenic effect.

As we well know, estrogens/(active) phyto-estrogens in males cause female-pattern fat deposition.

So males really should limit bread intake.

I presume you are frying your potatoes in good fats? What fats?

I drink that knew energy drink - L-E-T-R-O - so estrogen prolly isn't an issue (joking)... but I pressume... that wouldn't be an issue in such a scenario. I know soy mimics estr-o so guys have problemw with that.

French fucking fries dont' fucking sound bad at all brother....

Hook me up with how ur cooking that shit up, I could eat demz all day.
