I got sick of tuna a long time ago and stay away from it religiously. I threw a can of albacore in a pan on med. heat earlier, threw in onion powder and a thinly sliced clove of garlic. About a Tbsp. of olive oil (maybe a little more). Cooked it till the garlic was soft. OMFG!!! I cannot get enough of this shit now!! I have eaten 3 cans in the last 4 hours. This makes me super psyched cause i just started cutting.
Now the question is....how much stock should I put in the mercury in tuna? I will be eating chicken and beef too but tuna is sooooo easy. I could easily eat 4-6 cans a day cooked like I did earlier. Now i know you gotta break it up once in a while. But how big of an issue is it?
