Hi
I have write today to my journal about changes my trainer did.
Actually he changed my routine I do now 4 day split
chest
back+bic
shoulders+triceps
legs
I do 4-5 sets and 12-15 rep.

Before I used to lift heavy weights with 8-10rep.
He told me lower reap and heavy weight make me bulky.

What do you think about higer rep? is it good for change routine?
Rest between sets is minimum is very intensive workout

I think a change is good yes, but what your trainer said IMO is very uneducated.
Are you eating a caloric surplus (Bulking?)
Are you taking something to help you get bigger? (aas possibly?)
Are you gifted with super genetics where you grow grow grow by lifting a weight for 8 reps?

I DOUBT you are going to get 'bulky'... I'd find a new trainer, sorry I am not trying to be mean, that is just not very true IMO.
 
I was think some way, but anyway trainer is fine he is killing me, I change my training routine after long time, so I'll see!!!

I have no problem with changing the reps schemes but I'd bet 100 of your training sessions that you will not get 'bulky' by using an 8-10 rep scheme unless of course you were doing one or a combo of the things I listed above.
