Yes, the most important thing is that it has the least fat and that it is the least worked on. When I say worked on, I mean changed. I forgot what they called the word. Anyway, the more natural it is, the better.
 
yeah I agree. I prefer to eat low carb, but I do find the meat, cheese, and options that are common seem to be higher in fat content. I wish it wasn't so. I guess I'll take slightly more fat instead of a high carb option.
