I also have a '65 Gibson SG, Fender Bass, BC Bich Bich and a few acoustics
I have a Crate and a Yamaha Tube Amp that I play the Gibson through. Tons of pedals and boxes!.

What kind of SG? Jr.? Special? Standard? Custom?

I'm particularly fond of the Jr. and Special myself, I like the single-coil P-90 pickups. I had a '67 Jr. that I sold because it wasn't a good example (okay, it was a dog) and a '69 Special that I really liked, but the neck moved too much and it wouldn't stay in tune. Every time I buy a Gibson, it stays on the stand and I reach past it to pick up the Telecaster, then I sell the Gibson because it's not getting enough use to justify keeping. I'm sure I'll go through that routine a few more times.
