Just by looking at your pics I have a feeling you are not giving it your all in the gym, and your diet is poor. Get those two things in check first, also are you kin to NeedTo? :)

lol, it was a bad idea.

We could all guess what you looked like from your height and weight for the most part, and you said you did MMA... so you were obese, especially at 150lbs.

wuut are u serious !!??? im 2nd place in the NAGA tournament !!! i kno i look obese ( not dat much) but people also told me im skinny.. wth!! im confused and dats why i got into this forum for help and advices

Best advice I can give you is get on a good diet and get your training in shape. I do MMA, and I can tell you bro - you need more mass and less bodyfat. Work on leaning out and packing on some mass...you can easily do this naturally.
 
no, no, that was a typo. my fault. we knew you were NOT obese and probably "skinny-fat" is what i was saying... anyway... hit up the 5x5 you'll be pleased with the results i'm sure if you stick with it for 8 weeks at least.
 
eat til you feel like youre gonna burst, then eat some more!! and lift heavy! forget steroids for now you're too young, and dbol only is shit anyway, anyone will tell you that. train hard, eat lots of protein and good carbs and you'll see good results.
