Bulking for the 3 Body Types (good read #2)

If this is directed towards the pro bodybuilder and not the everyday one(everyday one what????) why does it say......"For example, a 160 lb ectomorph must consume a minimum of 7200 calories a day during a bulking phase to see any real growth."??

I didn't say the entire article was directed at pro-bodybuilders, because it's not. I said the particular "45x cal" gauge was.
 
45calories x 160lbs.=7200--->looks like the "45x cal" guage to me.

That being said I am no longer going to be a pain in your ass, so I will stop my childness and my replies to this thread.:bday:

Christ! I thought counting my calories religiously to ensure a 500-1000 calorie a day surplus was conscientious. I am definitely an ectomorph but I coundn't stomach 9000 calories a day.

This is food for thought though (excuse the pun). Maybe I should up the calories some more.
