Bulking for the 3 Body Types (good read #2)

Hey thanks for the good words guys...I decided that whenever I find an informative article, I'm going to post it here from now on.
 
Awesome post I am THE ENDOMORPH, although I am finding on my first cycle I am losing fat at the same rate of gaining muscle! I am up 15lbs after 6 weeks and down 2 pants sizes, i love this.

If I am 5"7 195 at 9-13%bf depending on which season it is what would I be considered. It's hard to compare a person of my size with a person who is 6"2 220 7%, or a person 6"2 250 13%. I am a-bit confused on where my body type would fall. I have always been told I am a mesomorph, and mesomorphs tend to be sort and stocky. Just confused!

Well this is not a cut and dry deal here. Think of it as a triangle and the 3 body types are at the vertices of the triangle. Most people fall somewhere within the triangle. Just use this as a gauge to estimate who you are the most, or what combination of the three you are. Once you figure this out, then structure your diet and training accordingly.
