So I got absolutely hammered by Covid and then recovered for a few days and then got really sick again Im still congested but pushing through its been a rough couple weeks thats for sure especially with work on top of my training etc. Hence why I have been inactive for a week or so..

My diet has been solid this whole time which is thanks alot to my girl even though she was sick as well alongside me she still made all of our meals and packed my lunch for work. I have trained a few times during this sickness but the sessions have been really short quick sessions just to get through the motions and keep my muscles stimulated.

REGIME

TEST 500mg week
ANAVAR 50mg daily
PROVIRON 25mg daily

Also running MT2 at 500mcg every second day

BACK DAY - Weights were fairly light as I was just trying to get through the session as best I could pushing through the fatigue from Covid.

Hammer grip pulldowns 3x10

Close grip pulldowns 4x10

One arm low rows 3x8 (long squeezes at top and slow eccentric)

Straight arm pullovers 4x8

Rear delt flyes (seated machine) 4x12 real slow tryna burn up that rear delt

Preacher curls 4x10

One arm cable hammer curls (across body and no handle) 3x12

PHYSIQUE & MEALS

Thanks to the anavar and my high protein intake during this time of sickness I managed to hang on to majority of my muscle and maybe even leaned out a little bit too. Fresh pics below.

Recovering slowly and steadily ive been getting alot of rest and sleep in over the past few days to ensure this sickness is taken care of and I can get back to full strength.

LEG DAY

MEALS

Main meals this week is chilli con carne with 250g lean beef mince, red kidney beans and corn plus white rice

Other meals and food include: Buffalo chicken wraps, protein puddings, protein bars, protein shakes, white rice and tuna, Basa fish with steamed broccoli and veggies.

Protein intake is 250g per day

GEAR - @GENTEXLaboratories 🏆🏆

I have been training and making gains nice and steadily on Gentex’s gear even while ive been sick. Im running his Sus250 as my test base, it is smooth and potent and i prefer to run sustanon over Test E due to the shorter esters in the sus250 giving that nice little kick.

I could say im in somewhat of a mild cruise atm compared to the amount of gear ive been blasting over the last year, with some bulking regime’s ive ran 3-4 oils at once alongside orals and ancils.

My only tissue selective compound that im running at the moment is the Anavar which if you know me you know is my favourite oral to run especially due to its versatility and how you can both lean bulk and cut on it depending on your diet and cal intake.

Im also running @GENTEXLaboratories Proviron (dragon pharma) which I think is awesome ive really loved how the proviron is like a ‘wingman’ to the Test base freeing up the Test in your body and I also find the priviron gives me a really dry look lots of vascularity.

TUESDAY SHOULDERS n TRIS


My left shoulder (AC joint) has been pretty bad this week so im taking it pretty easy when it comes to upper body training at the moment im doing NO overhead presses or presses of any kind really and I cant even train chest at the moment which fkn suckss. Ended up starting back on the HGH this week just doing 2iu to help with healing and recovery for this shoulder so I can get back at sending it in the gym.

Other than that I am feeling pretty cruisy at this dosage of gear that i am on currently which is quite low compared to my other cycles of blasting a boat load of gear non stop. Loving the Var as per usual its keeping me lean and muscle retained even on low calorie and carb days. I feel leaner this week but slightly less vascular since stopping the EQ.

I had the first shoulder pain free session in the gym today in about 2 months. Largely attribute the growth hormone i started running only at 2iu but its high purity HGH and it does the job. I also feel way more mellow day to day thanks to the GH.
I was feeling cruisy on my doses before but wasnt getting bigger or leaner or more vascular running that amount so I decided to start running my anavar higher now and same with my test I think I hit a bit of a weak spot at the doses I was on it just wasnt doing much more I felt like I hit a wall so ive upped my doses on test and var just not the proviron as i dont wana crush my shgb too much given that both var and proviron lower shgb levels.
Still not going to train chest or do any shoulder presses for a few weeks i dont wana agitate my shoulder i just wana let it heal up and recover and let the HGH help with that.

Low shgb same as having high shbg same symptoms its good to lower it to a certain amount and anything lower brings u same thing as having real high shgb

Its been a crazy week this week ive had alot going on especially at work and still getting my sessions in at the gym so ive been absolutely wrecked at the end of the day. Since Ive been on the HGH my hunger has been sky high ive been smashing the meals down and ive definitely put on some size all over.

Im still unable to do any presses because of my shoulder its been sore most days some more than others but ive been training around it and trying to avoid any movements that causes pain which means my training is quite restricted in what I can do.
Im starting back on NPP this week which im excited about also and hopefully it can give me some relief in the joints while im running it so I can train a bit better.

Cable side raises - diagonal angle no handle (This is the only way I can activate my front delts due to my AC joint injury at the moment by doing a slightly different angle on my side raises)

Feeling thicker already on the NPP this week and loving the pumps in the gym.

DIET

Little breakdown on my meals this last week and Im only displaying the protein total here not other macros or carbs.

Meal 1 - Protein shake, Banana, cheese roll - protein total: 40g

Meal 2 - 1 cup oats, protein powder, handful of dried cranberries, 1tbsp peanut butter, protein bar - protein total: 52g

Meal 3 - 190g Tuna with white rice, protein pudding, handful of potato chips (pringles 👌🏼), protein shake - protein total: 90g

Meal 4 - Buffalo chicken and cheese wrap, protein bar, small handful of sour patch kids - protein total: 36g

Meal 5 - Chicken tender strips, muesli/granola bar, apple - protein total: 25g

Meal 6 - Lean beef mince with white rice capsicum and cabbage - protein total: 95g

DAILY PROTEIN TOTAL: 338g 🏆

The missus makes 99% of what I eat so thanks to God for providing me with the privilege to eat plenty of good foods and thanks to my girl for preparing and cooking it 🙏🏽🙏🏽

My meals change every single week with some things staying as staples in my diet and others as variables so I dont get sick of eating the same shit everyday.

Each meal is delicious and thats the whole point if you are eating shit that tastes rubbish you are likely not motivated to eat it consistently so switch it up and dont be scared to add some flavour in ffs.

This past 2 weeks has been pretty rough for me, I was sick twice and then on top of my already painful and injured AC joint in my left shoulder, I had an incident at work which tore my rotator cuff on my left shoulder as well..

Its only a minor tear to my teres minor which is where my lat inserts to my rear delt but it has left me unable to train anything apart from arms and legs/abs. Which in a way has given me time to really focus on my legs and train them hard and managed to get a couple of solid bicep workouts in but other than that ive been feeling pretty down about it I hate being injured and not able to train. I also got really sick again on top of that so I also decided to get some blood work done yesterday.

BLOOD WORK
My blood work showed some health markers especially in my liver and cholesterol that need some quick attention but other than that my test levels were great however my SHBG is really low and i actually suspected it would be low due to the fatigue and sometimes low libido that ive felt recently.

My blood work in particular my test levels is a true testament to the quality of the products im running from @GENTEXLaboratories. I already knew it was good gear but the blood results proves it. I will attach a screenshot of my test levels here but it is:

Total testosterone: 137.4 nmol/L

Free Testosterone: 5082.9 pmol/L

SHBG: 6 nmol/L

Im running BPC 157 again to speed up the recovery of my injured shoulder as it is preventing me from doing proper training at the moment. Ive already lowered my orals over the past week but Im also going to have to switch up my gear regime quite a bit due to the blood results, im gonna lower my test and stop running the proviron for the time being, also considering dropping the NPP as well for a bit and see how my markers come up or down due to the changes. I have to put my health first at the moment as I am worried about liver/kidney damage and risk of heart attacks etc.

Currently my regime is:

750 Test
300 NPP
50 Anavar pd
25 Proviron pd
BPC 157 1mg pd


New Regime will basically be:

Test 500
Anavar 25-50 pd
BPC 157 1mg pd


My diet has been pretty clean lately I am eating quite alot of calories with a majority of them coming from protein and quality carbs. I am eating quite a lot of my meals during the day and having one meal at night with maybe a small snack and thats it. I have zero sugar energy drink in the morning and usually one in the arvo/evening before training

This past week my meals have been:

7am: Protein shake, Cheese roll, banana, protein bar

9am: 1 cup oats, whey protein powder scoop, handful cranberries, drizzle of honey, protein bar

12pm: White rice, 190g Tuna, Protein pudding, pringles chips small can

2:30pm: Buffalo chicken & slice of cheese on tortilla wrap, protein shake, apple

4:30pm: 3 chicken tender pieces, protein bar, sesame snaps

GYM 5:30pm

7pm: Ravioli (Spinach & Ricotta) pasta with 300g lean beef mince & low cal pasta sauce

8-830pm: Usually have a sweet snack either a paddle pop ice cream or something similar and protein pudding & sometimes a small protein muesli bar too.
