From my understanding, it is not recommended to have fats with the post workout shake?
Should a flax oil cap be taken with my last meal before i go to bed?
Right now I have been doing as follows: (GNEREALLY)
M1: (after cardio) shake
M2: nuts and water, and some berries/sometimes whole wheat bread of bagel
M3: chicken/ tuna (other meat) plus veggies and mayeb a piece of whole wheat bread or crackers
M4: (after weights workout) shake
M5: meat plus veggies
should i take a flax oil cap with meals 3 & 5?
What do you recommend?
