Any natural remedies for calming down an adrenaline surge?

Drink Camomile tea. Camomile has natural beta blockers. Beta blockers basically block adrenaline from hitting the heart and prevent it from beating faster. Beta blockers are also found in many high blood pressure medications.

As far as a natural remedy for calming down, prolly weed. It works well for most.
I usually drink wine and read a good book. That's what works for me.

4 am is differnet from like 12 am to 3 am at night. It also depends where you live as well. Just be safe if u r a women. Lots of weird perverts out there. Parts of LA county aren't to safe at night.
