I've got a friend who is 5'9 206 who 's bf is about 18-20%. He is in his second week of a deca/test cycle. His cycle is primarily a bulking cycle but he is affraid of putting on more fat. What do you guys recomend for cardio? And should he even do cardio during the cycle and just put on size now and lean down later?
