You had tons better leg drive in the 2nd clip. Hard to get super serious and tight when doing high reps. You COULD go a tad lower, but I don't feel good going much lower without a shirt on. The shirt puts you in a better groove to go lower. I think that you could belly up a little more as well. Wearing a shirt a few times will help you learn this...because if you don't belly up you will NOT get the bar to touch.
LOOKS (maybe just looks) like your shoulders aren't tucked enough and they push the last couple inches. It seriously looks like your ROM could be 2-4" shorter easily...if that makes sense.
