A handfull of pr's from the last week

sick bro, and I thing bfold is talking about this sorta thing:

With the exception of him "bellying down", I'm already doing all of that. You could easily get your hand under my arch. My elbows break in a downward path so the bar actually touches just below my pecs. I do have a lot wider grip than that guy but I also have really wide shoulders and long arms. My legs are engaged the whole time, I did have to reset during this set because I slid up on the bench (we have shitty ass benches). Here's what a heavier set looks like where I can't dick around with the weight as much.

You had tons better leg drive in the 2nd clip. Hard to get super serious and tight when doing high reps. You COULD go a tad lower, but I don't feel good going much lower without a shirt on. The shirt puts you in a better groove to go lower. I think that you could belly up a little more as well. Wearing a shirt a few times will help you learn this...because if you don't belly up you will NOT get the bar to touch.

LOOKS (maybe just looks) like your shoulders aren't tucked enough and they push the last couple inches. It seriously looks like your ROM could be 2-4" shorter easily...if that makes sense.

LOL, yeah I don't need leg drive for that weight so I tend to relax a little bit, plus I was getting tired. My problem with going lower is it tends to aggrevate the area where I tore my pec so I modified that but am trying to work it down some. I don't intend on ever competing in a shirt so I've never tried one. I probably should though at least as a training tool.

I see what you mean on the shoulders finishing the lift. This may be in part due to the week before I did close-grip a day late due to time constraints. I definitely felt the fatigue in my tris with a days less rest. I'll see what I can do on the rom but since I really don't have a very big chest (for my size) and long arms my rom is huge.

I'm taking the rest of this week off so I'll vid next week and see if the extra rest helps some of these things. I'll also get a longer shirt!LOL

Do you feel any pain in your elbows at all when you do these?
