That's so stupid and so is this. I will make this story short. Three of my friends (in their mid 20's, I'll call them Larry, Curly and Moe) were hanging out in the park which is next to my house when a group of teenage boys (about 6 of them) that also live in the neighborhood started talking shit. No fight started, my friends just told the kids to go home, or piss off, or whatever. So the little kiddies did go home, but not to stay. They brought back daddy and his friend. This time a fight started. While daddy and his friend were in a squable with Larry and Curly; Moe was getting jumped by the teenagers (yes, all 6). Moe fought his way out of it and ran into my house, lucky for him it was the day that I accidentally left the back door unlocked. Moe was bleeding pretty bad, bad enough to go to the hospital. Here comes the stupid part. Moe is now being sued for assault on a minor by the parents of these teenagers. Welcome to America.

Let's see if I get this straight. A MOB of people beat the hell out of a man for an hour and raped him with a stick. He's now in intesive care. These are criminal actions by any sense of reason and certainly criminal actions according to law. But, you're saying it's ok for them to act like a mob, commit criminal acts against another human and take justice into their own hands because he was masturbating in front of a window and a 5 year old girl was in the room.

The man masturbating is scum and a criminal. The mob beating him for an hour and raping him with a stick are criminals. Aggravated assault easily. If he dies they should all be charged with manslaughter, at a minimum, and jailed.
