THe peeper was going against social and moral "norms" by jackin his shit while peeping on a 5 year old girl... the 6 member mob was only enforcing the acceptable "norms" of society by punishing Tom. Yeah, they sidestepped the "law" by enforcing "street" justice on that piece of trash, but the end result is the same. The pos peeping-tom got what was coming to him for going against what society considers moral.

One person breaking the law does not justify 6 more breaking the law. "Street" justice is against the law as this mob of people are going to find out. Cruel and unusual punishment is also against the law. There are established laws for what the piece of shit did who was masturbating in front of that window. There are also established laws for the 6 pieces of shit who took things into their own hands.

The established social norms are those written into law. Those people were excersizing mob mentality and were criminal in their actions. All seven of them should face the criminal justice system. Although, I guess since the other 6 dispensed "justice" he should really be free to walk. Then he should sue the living shit out of the other 6 in civil court. The child should be taken into custody and put into the hands of someone who can raise her properly as her mother's participation demonstrates she's not capable of doing so.

Hmmm considering I have lord I don't even know anymore female friends who have been raped, and on more then one occasion came to me about it really soon after the incident and all these fuckers who did this are still out walking about, or even the ones that go to jail, in one instance when he was released stalked the girl again harrasing her and calling her a murderer for aborting the baby he put in her through rape, yea I think Ive dealt with seeing what sexual abuse and the mental part of it as well can do to someone. Much more extreme then a peeping tom, pedophile, etc, but thig is Im not WILLING to take a chance on these people evolving into more then that when their wierd ways of gettign them off doesn't work anymore.

Nothing more destructive to society than a religious zealot declaring themselves and their actions above established law.
