I don't normally do this - yesterday (cutting) my diet including amongst other things 100 grams of flaxseed meal and 2 omega 3 eggs with 2 protein shakes. I wasn't at home much of the day.
Coupled with breaky oats, and, grean beans/brocolli with meat for dinner, what a fart causing combination - no one will go near me today. I swear, I'm farting at least once per minute (I don't know if that burns calories??lol)
I think that was overdoing the fiberous flax! I guess my usual 30 grams per day is more sensible
