Gonna have to move Bis/Tris to different day

currently training I guess what you call the Push/Pull routine: Chest/Delts/Tris on Day 1, and BAck/Bis on day 2.
Also on cycle running 500mg/wk cyp and the pumps are just too much for my tris by the time Im done with chest and delts, and too much for bis by the time im done with back. So gonna either swap bis and tris (chest/delts/bis, then back/tris) or simply give arms their own training day so they arent trashed by the time I hit them. Im liking the seperate day idea but dont want to add another day i have to go to the gym.

Have you considered moving shoulders to its own day?

I know I personally love finishing up chest movements and using dips to transition into tris (which obviously just gets more chest work too) then moving into rope press downs and either skulls or Close grip BP (depending on my mood).

I currently cant do OHP so my 45 degree incline barbell work is covering my shoulder work and actually doing a nice job of it. After all the tri crap above i listed I finish off with front raises and side raises.

Think i will just give arms their own day 3, to have 5-6 days recovery until chest and back days hit again. Like the idea of hitting them fresh

I not understanding what the issue is. How is having a good muscle pump causing a bad training session? This is a great indication that your training is working.

I like arms on their own day...... +1 on shoulder day, too
