Back downs 2x4 147.5kg
DB neutral Press 2x6-8 47.5kg
Dips 3x6-8 +15kg
Chest Supported Rows 4x8 95kg per side
Face pulls half kneeling 2x12 35kg
Arms 4x15s/tricep/bicep/
Great session, now weight is moving as planned felt very nice and easy today effortless very happy with todays end result! Rest tomorrow and then we deadlift Saturday 250kg 2x2 if it all goes to plan =)
