What to eat in the post workout when in a CKD?

I'm was wondering if i can eat a lot of protein w/ fat when i came back from my wo...
i was thinking on eat 3 eggs + 2 spoons of oil + 100g chicken + 2 slices of cheddar....can i do it?

or shoul i eat just protein on the 2hours after training?
 
The general consensus seems to point toward sticking with protein alone (and perhaps some fat) - but no carbs.

I'd take in some whey protein immediately following the workout and then wait an hour or so until you have a bigger meal (like the one you described).

you can do it, I dont' see the problem

stick w/ protein+fat, either way it wouldn't make much difference
