Rules for cutting in bodybuilding

I was doing some research and I came across some good rules when it comes to cutting and body building. what do you think about the following?
Eating Point 8 g of protein for each pound the body weight
eating a low-fat diet but keeping it at 20% for your Macros
train really hard and do a lot of high intensity especially 30 minutes a day
space out your meals and try to get at least 20 to 40 g of protein each meal
 
Rule 1 for cutting:

Set a goal that is specific, realistic, and has a definite time table.

You need this to focus on, if it is a really long term goal that is years away you can set up way points along the way. Those who fail to plan are simply planning to fail.

rules to start is to get high protein low carbs to cut up well
