Seems like a bunch of useless carbs (refined sugars=no good!)..

what's this diet for? and what are your stats?

Mr.X

Statistics are:
6', 165 lbs, 15 years old

Goals:
Muscle mass and strength (using a 5x5 routine)

Eggs in the morning are out because I hate them, refuse to eat. The protein shake in the morning is for protein in the early part of the day, and I heard having a quick-digesting protein early is good to get your body going. Though, I don't know how good that is. The granola is quick, easy to eat, economical, and yummy! Plus, 40 carbs per serving, gives energy long throughout the day.

Post-workout, the OJ is for an insulin spike, along with the fast-digesting protein, milk to mix with the powder, and granola for energy to restore my body.

Total cereal is good, and best tasting thing I can get that remains very healthy. Whole grains, and makes up for the lack of a multi-vitamin.

Meals 2 and 3 are eaten in school, so I decided to start making lunch. The peanut butter and jelly is for extra calories, though I suppose if I want more protein I can make myself tuna.

Meal 4 is right when I get home from school. I figure tuna is good for some protein, it's tasty and quick. The milk and chocolate syrup (the syrup especially) are for extra calories. 100 calories per serving (1 tbsp) so I put about 2 servings per glass of milk. A helpful 200 calories, no added fat or anything significant. Just, sugar... and that's okay.

Since you're 15, I think that would be a good diet to put on some size. I would only recommend making a simple adjustment and brining the protein up to 350-400g.

Terrible!!

This is the worst diet I've ever seen.... absolutely ridiculous. I can't believe you aren't embarrassed by posting it on a public forum!! You should be ashamed of even thinking it, let alone eating that way.... easily the most awful diet I've seen in my life.

(You DID say criticise).... :D

two things for you:
1 you are 15 eat anything you want and eat lots of it
2 stay away from the anabolic discussion board.

Why stay away from the Anabolic Discussion Board?

Oh, also... why the hell do I need MORE protein? 246 grams is 1.5 per pound of bodyweight. You body can only digest so much of it per meal.
