I was 5 days into my PCT when I had a wrist injury which required me to get surgery,.I am 10 days in. I can't lift upper body for ~2months. I'm still training legs and following my meal plan besides the fact that i reduced it by 500cals to make up for the cals i won't burn lifting.. My question is there anything more I can do? or just accept the fact that I'll lose some upper body gains? Also will I be more at risk of getting gyno because I can't train my upper body?
