Hey good people,I'm 36, male, 5.8 ft / 183 lbs / 14% bf with atheletic build and bit muscular frame now (been training quite hard for the past 1.3 years - started 210 lbs and 32% bf and trained 6 days a week but only 4 days a week - split into upper and lower body days)I ran my very first cycle in May (just test-e) for 8 weeks with low dose of 100mg a week to see how my body reacts. After the cycle, only took clomid.Now, I started my 2nd cycle (with bit more knowledge of different steroids and their effects etc.) Started Aug, been doing test-e 250mg every 5 days (2 pins a week making it 500mg) combined with anavar 40mg (split into 2) a day (ran anavar for 5 weeks and stopped now).I read quite bit and primo seems to be very good with low side effects that suits my need - never been a big fan of huge size. Considered masteron but my body fat is high for it to be effective.What dosage and length should I ran my primo (considering my 250mg every 5 days - 500mg a week test-e)?Also based on my cycle (test-e, stopped anavar and soon to start primo), what pct or hcg should I do and for how long? A friend who is semi pro in the nationals suggested not to do pct during cycle. Is that okay? I read that people run pct with their cycles and im confused.

Did you seriously just say a friend suggested to not do pct?? that a great way to completely wreck yourself... whoever advised you that is no friend at all.. TIME ON cycle PLUS PCT = time off MINIMUM.. you are getting advice that will lead to pretty severe and life altering consequence...
when you are in pct, you are going to get a major spike in cortisol... cortisol is termed the "gains killer" for a reason... it will put you into a catabolic state which will not allow you to build muscle and at the same time will eat it away, on top of the fact you will also get unwanted fat gain... so you will lose muscle and gain fat that you had just busted your ass an entire cycle for... I suggest primobolan and masteron but WAIT...before we talk your cycle, we are alll talking nonsense since we know nothing about you bro at ALL! we need to know your diet training log on this cycle and we need to see your base picture and your full LOG journal diary.
