Lately I have been trying different pre made meal choices that deliver.
This week we tried a company called just meats. So far everything is tasted good.
The best results I have had on a cut consisted of the following.
40-50 % Mostly chicken breast, sometimes ground, beef, or turkey. Steak when affordable
40% carb, toward end of cut carb cycle.
Brown rice, cream of wheat, rice cakes, potatoes
15-20% fat. Almonds. Peanut butter, avacado, Greek yogurt.
Vegetables yes non starchy
No fruit
No sugar
No dairy (yogurt yes)
No soda
Coffee yes w/stevia only
No protein bars
Condiments sugar free
I think that’s it. Pretty strict!
