Help with Achilles Tendon surgery recover!!

It has only been 2 weeks since the surgery and I am already going crazy. Is there anything I can take, inject, drink, rub on, or eat that will help with the recovery time? I have tried to look into it a bit but can't find much other then R & R. I am stuck in a boot for nearly 2 months while on crutches or wheel chair followed by another 2 months of rehab. I have already been out of work too long and have to get back. What can I do??
I am more concerned about getting the major parts fixed quickly so I can start limping around again and begin rehab... Will ultrasound or electrical stem therapy help speed up the process??

Check into Anavar...I remember reading somewhere that it helps in healing wounds...sorry cant be more certain.
