winny tabs dosage and cycle length

My girl is wanting to tone and harden up/ I've researched the win tabs pretty throughly and have came to the conclusion that 10-16mg ed is the correct dosage but haven't got any good info on the length of the cycle.. I currently have about 320 tabs of the stuff... Any info would be greatly appreciated.
