My New Training Split, opinions?

I wanna hit a lot of muscle groups twice a week and see how my body resopnds.

Mon: Legs Quads in the morning Hams in at night
Tues: Biceps (need the most work)
Wed: Calves in morn Abs at night
Thurs: Chest (light with less pressing movements) night tri's heavy
Fri: Back in morning Biceps at night
Sat: OFF
Sun: Chest HEAVY Tri's at night (mostly shaping movements)

One day rest. Dont feel i need shoulder work at all. Il take in around 220-240g of protein a day at a bodyweight of 185. Not to mention im on a steroid for 2 weeks from a doctors prescription for an infection lol, she said it would probably be a bonus that it will help my training. Hows this sound?
 
I'm not a fan of the whole bodypart-twice-per-week thing, but hey, try it out. Maybe your body will respond nicely. Good luck bro.
 
The more often you can train a bodypart and progress, the better. That is, of course, assuming you have recovered from the previous workout. I grow the best on a schedule where I train each bodypart 2 or 3 times a week, much less if I train each once per week. It is all up to the individual.

As for the steroid your doctor gave you, unless it is specifically an anabolic steroid, it will not help your gains. Corticosteroids and the like can actually inhibit gains.
