Bench question

Hi everyone and thanks for the advice about weighted dips and pullups. However, I guess Ill stick to benching also. When I struggle benching with the weight the bar slowly moves over my face and then i can press it up. My question is, why does this happen and how can my problem be corrected? It doesnt seem very effective or safe. Thanks in advance everyone
 
Bring the bar to mid sternum\lower sternum area and tuck your elbows in..your shoulders will also thank you for this
 
probably because your tris and your chest are weak in comparison to your delts, and you are compensating by getting your delts into the lift more.
