My son has a good friend - going to college in the Midwest. Picks a girl up at a bar, sex, breakfast, more sex, movie, and more sex. A few days later, she thinks she is pregnant so files rape charges because she is afraid it is his baby and she has a steady boyfriend.

He gets expelled from University mid semester. Later on, all evidence comes up negative and all charges are dropped. University won't let him come back and he has been turned down from two other Uni's because of the charges. It is fucked up. He is filing suit against the girl for damages but that is not making it any easier to graduate.

Nothing like the hardship of above but this new policy that universities are taking that they have to go beyond the law and have zero tolerance is just messed up. Bitches lie about getting fucked. Balee dat. (signed puddles).

She'll lose in court but hopefully she doesn't do jail time. She needs to spend every remaining min of her life working her ass off with garnished wages paying him towards what ever monetary ruling he gets. Then they need to run this story with her identity (had her blurred on vid I saw) on every major news network over and over so her life gets ruined and so people can see how friggin evil this was. I think this happens a lot and a jury will almost always sympathize with a weeping victim on the stand.

Not only did him and his family lose everything but that includes his future this guy was a hard worker and had opportunities to go pro.

and if I heard correctly she tried to recant her confession cause "i don't want to lose my 1.5m". Didn't she get that 1.5m from the school for the lawsuit? And now she wants to "make good" with the guy but keep the money? Are you serious? That money and then some is his...and she needs to be in jail for life. Both the accuser and the accusee should be subjected to a battery of lie detection tests in he said/she said cases, this is getting ridiculous.
