10mg every MORNING is good for a beginner, you'll feel the steroids and you'll do some gains, don't expect too much but you'll gain great of it if's your first cycle and you keep diet and training in check bro

I both agree and disagree. He'll feel 10mg of d-bol and get some gains if he's never touched sauce before, but it's kind of a waste of a cycle. I'd go with 30mg/day. Or even better, 500mg test for 10 weeks and skip the d-bol (or run it the first 4 weeks).
