When is an accurate time to get a bodyweight? Before or after the morning poo?

When I weigh myself, I usually do it right after I pee, first thing in the morning. The thing is, I usually poop shortly after that, and I know I lose some weight then, but after I poop I've already got some coffee in me and half the time I have some food in me as well, and I know that can alter my bodyweight.

Maybe before the morning poop is ok? I mean, I'm full of shit half the time, so I guess it's somewhat accurate.

must of it must be water weight... lots of carbs lately???

just to answer your question, I always weight myself in the same conditions, that is, after "#1 and #2" in the morning.... just don't get too picky with it... next thing you know, you will asking if doing it after taking a shower will have an impact (cause your hair is wet).

what is important bro, is the TREND you see, not the particular weight of any one day... you shouldn't be weighting yourself everyday, once a week is plenty already for tracking purposes
