When I weigh myself, I usually do it right after I pee, first thing in the morning. The thing is, I usually poop shortly after that, and I know I lose some weight then, but after I poop I've already got some coffee in me and half the time I have some food in me as well, and I know that can alter my bodyweight.
Maybe before the morning poop is ok? I mean, I'm full of shit half the time, so I guess it's somewhat accurate.
