whats best to cut and loose weight?

Hi there

would like to have tips from the pros...im trying to get rid of some fat around my stomach ive try ECA and SIBUTRAMINA, ive wrote about the sibutramina side so im considering to not take that anymore, but maybe someone have better product that give loos of apetite and are termogenic as the ECA? that one seems impossible to find where i live but im open to suggestions.

celery, broccoli, spinach, lettuce, peppers, onions, carrots, etc,

lean chicken, lean steak, lean turkey, etc etc

eat a lot of foods w/ a low caloric density that wont spike your insulin. stay focused and motivated.

honestly the best tip that will not fail over time is to log your food intake 100% take pictures and post them online of every single thing you eat. have your friends and training partners see the pictures. that will force you to continually improve your diet and get the results you want.
 
stomach is usually the last place men store fat... so drop your bf% down and it will go away.

you cannot spot inject AAS to cure your deficencies.. they are not magic pills.

up the cardio and harden up your diet. then once your bf% gets to a good level you can start adding mass again. but this time do not get sloppy with the diet. everytime you get sloppy you are gonna have to focus on losing fat which will also cost you strength and mass. so just stay clean from the get go
 
Fasted (8-10 hrs w/ NO calories) morning cardio. Seems like most folks are into HIT which is fine, but a 2-4 mile steady jog has its place as well.
 
I am working on the same issue. HIIT and a strict diet seems to be working for me. Slowly but its working along with fasted cardio a couple times a week. I agree with Judo start a journal its helped me out a lot also.
 
the problem with fasted cardio is you will burn away muscle very fast. and a lot of people once they stop running it they will blow right back up because they have sloppy diets.

i've said this many times.. do NOT get sloppy with your diet to begin with.. then you won't have to have to do something like this..

Fair enough, Diet is a givin but what do you think about HIIT Steve?
