Hard to pinpoint where the injury is. I believe it was the tendon/ligaments that I injured when I got mad and threw a 10 pd. weight underhanded with my arm extended. Maybe I should get an elbow wrap?
Medical white tape? I can't curl with that arm without using the other arm to assist. It hurst the worst when I pick up a dumbell and attempt to do shrugs. Feels like my arm is pulling apart.
