I take Nutrilite's - Daily - a multi mineral multi vitamin supplement that is totally and 100% natural. Nothing synthetic like 99% of them out there which makes digestibility and bio availability maximum. It is a tad pricey though.

animal and dx7 have almost the same ingredients/doses if I am remembering correctly. Not 100% the same, but pretty close.

Compare the stats. DX7 is better, stronger, more complete and has more valuable ingredients instead of some of the junk ingredients included in AP.

You can get DX7 at Muscle Building Supplement - Weight Gain Supplement - Best Whey Protein but it's a few dollars more without the EF discount.
